We optimize tenant opportunities by location, business type, and tenant size, and we use effective prospecting to anticipate and target tenant opportunity.

David Vernon

Project Manager

David is a College of Charleston graduate with a B.S. in Business Administration., with a concentration in entrepreneurship. He has been in commercial and residential development, construction, and real estate for over 10 years now.

After graduating from CofC, David spent several years between South America, Southeast Asia,  Colorado before returning to Charleston in 2013. He enjoys snow skiing, traveling, and spending time on the water. He holds the position of lead project manager for Flyway’s construction and development division and works as a real estate sales agent.

pristine locations. Beginning his real estate career with The Cliffs in 2004, and continuing with Kiawah Development Partners- Christophe Harbour in St. Kitts, he has been involved in over $50 million of real estate transactions.

After stops in the Turks and Caicos and Costa Rica over the last 4 years, he has now settled in downtown Charleston and become the new business owner of the Queen Street Grocery. He looks to continue his “serial entrepreneur” spirit by joining the team at Flyway.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Global Marketing Management from Auburn University and the Czech Management Center in Prague. He is an active member of the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and big supporter of the Small Business Association.

Edmund Major


Edmund has been active in Charleston real estate since 2000, and joined Flyway Real Estate in August of 2013.

In 2005 he played an instrumental role in the development and sale of a successful 28 home community on James Island.

A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Edmund attended The College Of Charleston where he graduated with a degree in History. He is involved in a number of local organizations and lives on James Island.

Perry Major


Perry Major based in Greenville SC, heads up Covington Groups Southeastern Region (a private equity group) his responsibilities include marketing, asset management and acquisitions.

He has an active real estate license  with Flyway Real Estate.He received his undergraduate degree from Lees McRae College in NC and received his SIOR designation in 2012.

Thomas Wagoner


Thomas is responsible for the finance and accounting of Middle Street Partners (MSP), including process improvements, controls, financial analysis and reporting, capital management, strategic implementation, transaction structuring, and tax planning.

Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Thomas earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and his masters from the College of Charleston. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia and holds a real estate license in South Carolina.
