Dixon Park

Originally built in 1979, the Dixon Park community is a redevelopment project neighboring one of Downtown Savannah’s community green spaces, Dixon Park. Conveniently located on the corner of East Henry and Broad Streets, the newly built and restored townhomes and mixed-use duplexes now contribute to Savannah’s historic neighborhood renewal.
