Flyway Development

Flyway Development uses its past experience in managing adaptive re-use and mixed-use infill developments to make progressive decisions pursuing a broad range of real estate acquisitions and investment opportunities.  Flyway Development sees these opportunities as a way to enhance the urban experience and make progressive, positive change.  The development entity has a two-tiered approach: In-house and Third Party Management.

IN-HOUSE

In-house development consists of research and identification of opportunities to develop small, adaptive re-use and mixed-use projects.  These projects range from raw land acquisitions to the restoration of existing structures. Target areas are distressed in nature and considered up and coming. We use our ability to leverage strong relationships with local jurisdictions to identify and seek the properties highest and best use.

THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT

Third Party Management consists of a range of  management services. Flyway has the knowledge and experience to manage all aspects of land development and construction related services. We seek to “partner” with progressive and well capitalized individuals who have the need to realize the full potential of their real estate holdings.
