DEVELOPMENT

Flyway Development uses its past experience in managing mixed-use infill developments as well as market knowledge to make progressive decisions and to pursue a broad range of real estate acquisition and investment opportunities. The development entity has a two-tiered approach: In-house and Third Party Management.

IN-HOUSE

In-house development consists of research and identification of local opportunities to develop a range of mixed-use projects, land acquisitions and the restoration of existing structures. Target areas will be distressed in nature and considered up and coming. We use our ability to leverage strong relationships with local jurisdictions to identify and seek the properties highest and best use.

THIRD PARTY MANAGEMENT

Third Party Management consist of a range of  services. Flyway has the knowledge and experience to manage all aspects of entitlement, planning, land development and construction related services. We seek to “partner” with innovative and well capitalized individuals who have the need to realize the full potential of their real estate holdings.
